*Jerseys with Numbers or Patches are considered customized

We sincerely hope you're delighted with each and every item you purchase from our store. But, if you're not satisfied, we'll do our best to make you happy. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days, in original condition. No returns on Numbered Jerseys. Please before returning any item contact us for RMA # ( return merchandise authorization number )

Returns for Credit:
PLEASE E-MAIL US AT (SALES1@YANKEEJERSEYS.COM )we will you a RMA # (return merchandise authorization # ). Just put the item in an appropriate box (You can usually use the same box it came in), and send it back to us. Please include your name, order number (if you have it), and email address. Priority mail is usually cheapest and fastest. We will credit your card promptly, usually within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your return, and we will email you a confirmation. Please remember always insure your package and save the tracing number in case package is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for packages in transit, until it is received in our warehouse.

Returns for Exchange:
If you like the product but it's just the wrong size, you can return it for an exchange. Unfortunately, we do sell out of items occasionally, and sometimes may not have the size that you're looking for available. Please E-MAIL us before returning any item to see if the item you would like to exchange is in stock. Customized jerseys are not returnable.

Holiday Gifts:
We know a lot of our customers like to start your holiday shopping early, so please be assured there will be no problem exchanging or returning holiday gifts. We allow gifts purchased after Dec.1st to be exchanged or returned up until Jan 15th. Please note all returns must be in new, unworn condition. Please do not remove tags or wash any item that you wish to return, doing so will change original condition.

*Special Orders:
Special orders and customized jerseys are not returnable under any circumstances unless the merchandise is defective. Claims of defective merchandise must be in writting by e-mail and received within 2 days of receipt of products. Failure to notify us within 2 days

e-mail will cancel your request. Please save the original packaging and do not throw away.  Jerseys and Jackets are personally inspected and re-package in a clear plastic bag with scotch tape to prevent pulls or damages prior to being placed in mailing box. Use caution when opening your package we seal the ends with tape for easy opening. Never use a knife of utility blade to cut open your package doing so can cut the garment.

Large Orders:
Orders for more than 12 of an un sized item, or more than 3 of a sized item are considered large orders. Returns of large orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Apparel is very susceptible to damage from cigarette smoke and other odors. We cannot accept returns which have a noticeable odor of any kind, as those items are no longer in original condition. Items sent to us with a noticeable odor or damages will be returned to the sender, and no credit will be issued.

On credits, we will credit your card for the amount of the merchandise only.
On exchanges, we will send out the replacement items at shipping cost only, once we receive your items back.
