Terms and Conditions

  • The Billing Address must match where the credit card statement is sent. This must be a U.S. address.
  • If you have a different Ship to Address , your order could be delayed for validation purposes.
  • If the State of your Billing Address does not match the State of your Shipping address, your order will be delayed.  (To expedite, please contact your bank and add an alternative ship to address .  Once complete, please let us know in the "Comments" field below)
  • We do not accept International Credit Cards.
  • These policies are for your protection as well as ours.

NOTE: American Express policy requires that all internet orders must be shipped to the registered credit card billing address.

Return Policy

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all returned orders will be subject to a minimum $10.00 or 10% restocking fee.  To return a product, you must obtain an RMA number; no returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.  If for any reason you decide to cancel your order after the product has already shipped or if the package is refused/not accepted when tried for delivery by UPS or FedEx, your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost to and from your residence.  If an item is damaged and is under warranty, we will replace it.

No International Credit Cards
All orders using international credit cards or credit cards with international billing addresses will be cancelled.
All orders that ship in New York are subject to sales tax (8.58%).
